Very easy to set up. Glass pitcher is much better than those plastic water filter pitchers. I love that the filters last a long time. Filtration system really gives me peace of mind. Water tastes great!

I was hesitant to pull the trigger when purchasing. I went ahead and ordered have been using this unit for a few weeks now and I got to say very happy with my purchase.

Easy to start and get going makes my water 10 x cleaner . Not sure how to fully work the mashine yet thought but have the basics down

I am enjoying having this water purifier: the water tastes good, and I am enjoying having pure tasting hot water instantly for my morning tea. (I've been boiling water on the stove up until now.) I've noticed that the tea has a subtly lighter color with this purified water, too. Also - I am no longer buying bottled water and believe I am now drinking more water overall, which has been great for staying hydrated and lovely for my skin.

I really like it. It’s easy to use and I’m finding my interest in drinking water has increased. I think that is good for me.

I unfortunately ran into some challenges with the water purifier, on the day it arrived. I was able to connect with customer service on the same day (Saturday), through the chat feature on the website. The person I connected with walked me through troubleshooting steps and resolved my issue the same day.

Water quality is as good as it gets. We are using it for few weeks so extended use cannot be judged yet. The size is good, although, for our particular setting it lower height and slightly larger width would fit better.

Overall, very happy with the system.
